Sound familiar?

Summer should feel alive. Instead, you dread the heat. Movement makes you hotter. Exercise triggers flushes. Your energy crashes by afternoon. You feel like your body's thermostat broke — and nobody told you how to fix it.

If this sounds familiar your Fire element may be unbalanced.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer belongs to the Heart and the Fire element. When Fire is balanced, you feel joyful, clear, and cool from the inside. When it's excessive, you get hot flashes, anxiety, insomnia, and that "wired but tired" exhaustion.

The answer should not be less movement. It's rhythmic movement — pulsation that trains your heart while letting your body cool itself naturally between each wave.

Your 5 days

One pulsating practice each day. A different rhythm in.

01

First Pulse

Your introduction to pulsating movement. Gentle rhythmic waves — heart rate rises, then settles, rises, then settles. Your body learns the pattern. By the end, you feel warm but not hot. Alive but not wrecked.

Fire — Heart Rhythm
02

Heat Release

Opening Du-14 — the acupoint at the base of your neck where all six yang meridians meet. Your body's natural heat-release valve. Neck rolls, shoulder blade work, and clearing movements that teach excess heat where to go.

Fire — Du-14 & Cooling
03

Pulse & Settle

Deeper pulsation with longer activation waves and deliberate recovery pauses. Your cardiovascular system trains. Your lymph pumps. And your thermostat stays stable — because the pulse gives it time to regulate.

Fire — Cardiovascular Rhythm
04

Heart Meridian Flow

Following the Heart meridian along the inner arms and into the chest. Opening the heart space through flowing, pulsating movement. Joy, circulation, and emotional clarity — the gifts of balanced Fire.

05

Cool Current

The Water element enters. Slower, deeper, cooling. Kidney nourishment. Hormonal support. The counterbalance that prevents Fire from burning. After this practice, you'll understand why both elements are essential — and want the remaining 16 days.

How it works

Simple by design

2

Press play

Each email has one 8–15 minute pulsation practice. No equipment. Your living room is enough.

3

Feel the pulse

Most women notice a difference by Day 2 — energized but cool. By Day 5, you'll understand why this works.

AlkimeFit

The alchemy of movement

Summer Pulse was born from working with perimenopausal women who had given up on exercise — not because they were lazy, but because everything they tried made them feel worse. Hotter. More anxious. More exhausted.

Pulsation is the answer their bodies were asking for. Brief activation. Natural recovery. Rhythmic waves that train the heart, pump the lymph, and keep the thermostat stable. Rooted in tai chi, TCM, and the understanding that Fire doesn't need to be extinguished — it needs to be tended.

Many women completed the Spring Thaw. Summer Pulse takes them deeper.
The most common request after: "Give me something for summer — that doesn't make me overheat."

Questions

Before you begin

I get hot flashes. Is this safe?
This is designed specifically for bodies that overheat. Pulsation — brief activation with built-in cooling — trains your heart without sustained heat buildup. Every practice ends with a Du-14 cool-down. You'll feel energized but cool.
Do I need to do Spring Thaw first?
No. Summer Pulse is complete on its own. Spring Thaw alumni will feel the natural progression. New participants start fresh on Day 1.
Is this just gentle stretching?
No. Your heart rate will rise — in waves. The pulsation creates real cardiovascular training, real lymph movement, and real metabolic activation. It just does it without the sustained intensity that triggers overheating.
What happens after the 5 days?
The full Summer Pulse continues for 21 days through all five elements — Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Aether. Days 6–21 are available as a guided program. The 5 free days are complete on their own.

Your body already knows
how to pulse.

8 to 15 minutes a day. 5 days. Movement that fires you up and cools you down. That's all.
