Before you begin

I'm not flexible or fit. Can I do this?
Yes. The routines meet your body where it is. Every movement adapts. If you can stand and breathe, you can do this.
What equipment do I need?
None. Your body and a small space to move. A yoga mat is nice for floor work but not necessary.
Is this just stretching?
No. These are compound flowing movements that activate your heart rate, lymphatic system, and multiple muscle groups at once. You'll feel warm. You might sweat. It's a real practice — it just doesn't punish you.
What happens after the 5 days?
The full Spring Thaw continues for 21 days through all five elements. Days 6–21 are available as a guided program. The 5 free days are complete on their own. No obligation.
